hi, we will be staying at the Chelsea lodge from Thurs May 29-Tues June 3 and it JUST dawned on me to check to see if they have free or even not free wifi and I cant find out whether they do! does anyone know for sure if they do or don%26#39;t? i tried to email them but haven%26#39;t heard back! we rely heavily on the use of internet for subway info, restaurant reviews, everything! if they don%26#39;t, what can I do?

I didn%26#39;t thing Starbucks would offer free wifi (down here in Atlanta you have to buy a day ';pass'; from Tmobile to use internet at Starbucks and its like $20!)

Also, there are many free wi-fi hotspots throughout the city. Go to www.nycwireless.net to see where the closest ones to the Chelsea Lodge are.
I dont think Starbucks has free wireless - you need a pass or an account.
I dont know exactly where the Chelsea Lodge is (hotels and realtors have a very BROAD definition of Chelsea) but Champignon on 7th Ave at 21st-22nd has free wireless for customers.
