Which hotel?

Hello, we are a family including 2 kids, 17 and 13. We are looking for a hotel on the USA side for 2 nights in July. (We are taking a break from college hunting!!) We are looking for a reasonable place, close enough to activities, without breaking the college bank!!! Any suggestions? I guess we are looking in the $150 range..thank you! P.S. I am from Cape Cod, Mass. if you ever need help with the Cape I will help!!!

First and foremost don%26#39;t be taken in by most of the cheap hotels on Niagara Falls Blvd. Most advertise a cheap room rate, but the rooms are cheap and you get what you pay for. Try Econo Lodge North of the Falls. They are always remodeling and they have reasonable prices. If you are driving and don%26#39;t mind an extra ten minute drive try some of the motels in Lewiston NY or Youngstown NY.

BTW. If you are here you might want to visit Niagara Falls Canada. To enter the country you will need a birth certificate and drivers license or passport. If you are bringing children without the father or mother, make sure you bring a letter from that parent giving you permission to take them out of the country. Have that parent include contact information in the letter also. This will save you quite a bit of headaches and I hope the info helps.

If you don%26#39;t mind about a five mile drive and a few tolls back and forth, you might consider Grand Island.

This will kinda put you halfway between Buffalo and the Falls, and Buffalo%26#39;s a nice town to explore around.
