Hi, i am arriving at JFK airport from London Stanstead on Friday 27th June at 12pm(ish). I am thinking of booking a party shuttle tour of New York City for 3pm. Do you think it is possible for me to get through customs and get baggage etc and get to the hotel and book in in time for the tour?? I have booked transport from JFK to The Time hotel already.
Thanks.
Estimated time JFK to time square (the time hotel)
I wouldn%26#39;t. If the plane is delayed, can you get the tickets refunded? I don%26#39;t think you can. You could do the New York Lights tour which is in the evening. It would also give you time to rest up a little.

Agree totally with Cozz. The slightest delay will make you miss the tour. Unless they tell you you can take the next one or change to the following day w/o a problem, I%26#39;d book a different one.
Snikki - I stayed at The Time Hotel last summer for a week. I loved the hotel. There is a little Italian restaurant right next door. They have the best Fettuccine Carbanara! We eat there now everytime we go back. So, four times now. If you get a chance, you may want to try it......... :o)
What transport have you booked, if a car service, almost certainly not, if a shuttle bus (supershuttle) then certainly not.
Hi !thank you all for the replies!I will book the tour for the next day as it wont be such a rush! I will definately try the italian next to the Time hotel!
I wouldn%26#39;t do the party shuttle!I did this 2 years ago and I thought it was total garbage and not worth the then $60USD I paid for it.I found the bus to be too small(and very hard to take photograph%26#39;s from), the guide was terrible and when we went to staten island he almost lost the whole group! We went to some crappy little seaport for lunch and weren%26#39;t able to get off and take pictures of any of the major sights(apart from Strawberry fields and I think that was like 5mins!).Save your money and do one of the other bus tours!
