LaGuardia to JFK with no time---please help

Hi Everybody.

My fiancee and I are going on a pre-wedding trip to Ireland, leaving on June 9th. Even though we bought non-transfer tickets, we have been informed by travelocity that we now must transfer airports, giving us three hours to make the switch, around 3 pm on a Monday. Based on my own knowledge, and research I have done on these forums, I know this is basically an inadequate amount of time, but, due to a variety of other screw-ups they have made which I won%26#39;t go into here, they won%26#39;t let us change the ticket. We are planning not to check our bags in order to get out of LaGuardia as quickly as possible--I know taxi is the quickest way, but I was also thinking of hiring a car service--would this be the best thing to do in these circumstances? Does anyone have any suggestions for places I could call? We are students on a tight budget, so we can%26#39;t afford anything extravagant, but faced with the possibility of missing the trip we have been saving for for 2 years, I%26#39;m willing to shell out whatever I can afford. Of course, any other suggestions for how we can speed things up would be greatly appreciated
