Can%26#39;t get you to the NYS Thruway (I-87) from Long Island but once you get to thr thruway, head north until Albany then take the I-90 portion of the thruway for a short distance. Get off at exit 25A (I-88). Get off at the first I-88 exit (US 20) and head west for around 40 miles to County Route 31 which will take you into Cooperstown.
