I would like to know if anyone has stayed at this address... I found this site after I had already rented the apartment and from reading all the entries I see it would have been better to stay at a hotel. After reading what I should watch out for and check it seems like it is on the up and up. I guess I am just looking for someone who has rented this apartment previously.

I looked at the Department of Buildings record for this building and there are no complaints from angry neighbors about illegal hotel use, which is good. Also, the zoning and building classification of this one are really weird; I genuinely can%26#39;t figure out if it would be an illegal use or not. But at least that%26#39;s not a ';definitely no.';
