In the next few days I need to pick which hotel reservation I want to cancel. I still am having a hard time deciding. I am leaning more towards Wingate for location. I also like the Wingate for being new and the breakfast that is included. I think the Wingate would be nicer but the location not as good. I love the location of the Salisbury.
I looked at other hotels and for the time of year in early June these are the best two. The Wingate is about 50 more each night.
We were planning to do to Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty one day, Go on a see it all tour of NY one day %26amp; see Rockefeller Center, Little Italy/China town another day %26amp; fit Central Park in at some point. Possibly a Yankee Game on June 3 evening.
Here are my q%26#39;s for those of you that know NY.
** If we stayed at the Wingate would it be easier to take the subway versus walk to Rockefeller Center %26amp; Central Park?
** Which location is easier to get transportation to Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty %26amp; to a Yankees Game?
** Which hotel would you pick to stay in if traveling to New York?
** Which hotel has a better location for evening entertainment/food?
Thanks for your help.
Still having trouble deciding between Salisbury %26amp; Wingate

FROM THRE SALISBURY

BOTH LOCATIONS ARE GOOD

SALISBURY
** Which hotel has a better location for evening entertainment/food?
SALISBURY BY FAR
The area around the Salisbury is more desirable. Excellent for walking day and night.
