If i am staying in Carlstadt i assume its best to fly into Newark?
If flights are cheaper into JFK is it going to be alot of hard work to get to carlstadt?
Which Airport?
Yes Newark is the best Airport. Carlestat is kind of difficult because you might have to rent a car.
Which Airport?
Yes, I should certainly think it would be best to fly into Newark. Transportation from JFK to Carlstadt would, I imagine, be pretty expensive. How much would you save by flying into JFK?
Please excuse my curiosity, but are you planning to visit New York City during this trip? If so, why are you staying so far out of the city? Just wondering.
But I thenk the 76 goes from Penn Station to Carlstdt (First stop on NJ transit train from the Airport). I%26#39;d check with NJ Transit. the hotel might have a shuttle bus from either the Rutherford or Wood Ridge station. I%26#39;d still check with NJT%26#39;s website
www.njtransit.com
we are staying at the hampton inn at the meadowlands because hotels are stupidly expensive in manhattan needing a room for 3 adults with private bathroom. All the reviews of the hotel have said getting into NYC is easy
If you%26#39;re going to NY I%26#39;d find somthing closer in NY if not Mannhatten. But if you do stay in New Jersey I hope you enjoy you%26#39;re stay. The hotel is in walking distence to the Meadowlands sports complex. The racetrack is open Wednsday to Saturday and I belive the soccer team is in season but it probably won%26#39;t compare to the stuff you have in England.
I would check with your hotel about getting to them from either airport. I also think there is a bus that goes from Carlstadt to Manhattan...it has been a while since my husband did the reverse loop for work.
